In Mexico, the first 20 meters of shoreline is federal land, so no beach is legally private. What you can get is a villa with its own gate to the sand on a bay that few people reach. Soliman Bay and Tankah Bay, just north of Tulum, and the gated areas of Akumal are the best places for that.
